Leather Goods and Footwear
REINFORCEMENTS for leather goods: “We reinforce your quality” is our motto.
This division is dedicated to developing and selling a wide range of high-tech products.
They are used as REINFORCEMENTS for the leather goods and small leather goods sectors.
The product range includes PU/PA microfibers (MICROBASE, SUEDE SOFT, ORBOND), medium-density non-woven fabrics (EKO S and TRIS W), and high-density non-woven fabrics like the MUSIC product.
MICROBASE: It is available in thicknesses from 0.3 mm to 2.1 mm. It always comes with one or both sanded sides and is available in soft-hand and stiffer versions (ORBOND).
EKO S: non-woven fabric with both sides sanded, available in thicknesses from 0.5 mm to 3 mm.
MUSIC: the high-density “anti-wrinkle” non-woven fabric, available in thicknesses from 0.3 mm to 2 mm.
All of our products are also available in both THERMO-ADHESIVE and SELF-ADHESIVE versions.
From a sustainability perspective, the ECO line has been developed to meet GRS (Global Recycled Standard) requirements, utilizing recycled fibres in the production of reinforcements.
R BASE 
& R SUEDE
microfibers composed of 55% PU and 45% PA, entirely recycled from pre-consumer materials. Therefore, the fibrous part is 100% recycled.
R EL 350 2: non-woven fabric with two sanded sides, made of 100% post-consumer recycled polyester fibre + binder.
MUSIC R: the high-density, wrinkle-resistant fabric with 100% recycled fibrous parts.
ANTI-SLIP for men’s, women’s, children’s, and safety shoes (CHARLIE / THORIN / BALTEX LD W).
Automotive
A division dedicated to the development and production of non-woven fabrics, mainly spun lace (hydroentangled), with treatment.
Hydro-oil repellent for the production of car headliners.
Lamination
Non-woven polyester fabrics with water-repellent treatment, suitable for lamination with other materials intended for technical shoe uppers.
